Peavey IPR 6000 DSP Power Amplifier
Peavey astounds with the IPR DSP 6000 power amplifier, a part of the exciting IPR Series. Somehow, Peavey managed to make the IPR Series super-powerful in terms of wattage, but also incredibly lightweight — in fact, the lightest IPR Series weighs less than 7 lbs.! Maybe the most exciting fact about the 2-channel 6,000-watt IPR DSP 6000, though, is that it features handy built-in DSP effects. Via a front-panel LCD screen, you'll have recallable access to program-specific EQ presets, delays, and crossover settings - all right onboard the Peavey IPR DSP 6000.
Groundbreaking IPR Series: Lightweight, efficient, reliable
The IPR DSP 6000 is a member of Peavey's impressive IPR Series. Peavey went the extra mile designing this exciting line of power amplifiers. For starters, each IPR Series power amp boasts an extremely light weight — the lightest IPR weighs under 7 lbs.! Adding to that, though, Peavey managed to increase output power, reliability, and thermal efficiency, so the IPR DSP 6000 — and all the IPR Series power amps — are ready for the most professional of rigs. Each is designed with a resonant switch-mode power supply as well as a high-speed class D topology, yielding incredibly high audio resolution — and efficiency.
Built-in DSP lets you recall EQ, delay, and crossover settings
Apart from the appeal of being lightweight, the Peavey IPR DSP 6000 also sports high-quality built-in digital signal processing. You can use the 32-bit DSP to assign program-specific EQ presets, making it easy to handle common sound-reinforcement EQ treatments. Plus, you can adjust delays, crossover, and stereo/mono settings. The settings are accessed via a front-panel LCD screen. There are even security features, so you can lock your system settings during performances.
Peavey's DDT speaker-protection circuitry suite
On top of all-out innovation, the Peavey IPR DSP 6000 also offers Peavey's exclusive DDT speaker-protection system, with multi-pint clip sampling as well as DC, Temp, Signal, and Active safeguards — all of which are referenced on the front panel via LED indicators.
