Yamaha RBX270J-YNS Bass Guitar Yellow Natural Satin

The RBX270 has a small curvy headstock, with a black satin finish to the front and the Yamaha logo in silver. The back is satin natural, with 2 rows of Machine Heads, slightly offset, coming down at an angle to produce more string tension. The RBX270 has 2 pickups, in the middle of the guitar a P style split coil, and nearer the bridge a J style single coil. The pickups can be blended together or used separately by using one of the 3 controls, the P style giving a nice bright sound, the J stlye a fair bit more woody and mellow. The bridge is Chrome, a standard 4 saddle bass style, all fully adjustable, and there is also master tone and volume controls - all fairly straight forward stuff. Good value, a nice player with decent sounds. Good if you're after a quality bass on a budget which has a good variety of different sounds to offer.
